Terms of Service

  • Subscription: Vayora is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with no long-term commitment.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start, but you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations or unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Payment Failures & Suspension: In the event of repeated payment failures, access to the service will be suspended until the situation is regularized. No penalty fees apply.
  • Usage Limits & Plan Switches: Vayora reserves the right to apply usage limits based on the active plan, including counting usage that occurred while on a different plan within the same billing cycle.

Privacy Policy

Data Collected

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service, including your name, email address, IP address, and basic billing information via Stripe.

Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party services to securely process your data:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication.
  • Stripe: Secure payment processing and billing.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel: Application hosting and infrastructure.

Data Retention & User Rights

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You have the right to request an export of your data or request complete deletion of your account and associated information at any time.
